The Spice & Thai Story

Growing up, we have been fortunate to be able to taste different South East Asian delicacies right at the comforts of our home. Coming from a family with generations of good cooks, food is a very important part of our lives. An essential “dish” which we realized not many families in Singapore will make at home is chilli sauce. Our mother, who is born and bred a Thai national definitely spiced up our cuisines by introducing a variety of traditional Thai elements into our daily meals. Our dad, a Singaporean Cantonese, is a food lover and brought us up with his homecooked specialties since young. 
Thai heritage, combined with local Cantonese flavors to produce this spice and Thai magic. Blending the Thai and local cultures rooted deep in our hearts and spirits, our homemade chilli sauces were born. With the encouragement from many friends and families who have tried our chilli sauces over the years, we finally decided to share these exquisite flavors with everyone.
